My experience with B&S was quite frustrating. I called to arrange a package delivery and encountered a rude and unprofessional employee.

I initially planned to pay in cash but later switched to a Visa card after learning the total. The employee was impatient with this minor change. When I asked for a receipt for work reimbursement, I was told it would be given by the driver, but instead, I was informed it would be emailed within 3 to 5 business days, despite not having provided my email.

When I called to clarify, the same employee yelled at me. In the end, the package was returned to me, and I wasn't charged, so I avoided a refund hassle. Overall, my experience was marked by unprofessionalism and dissatisfaction.

Would never use again. Don't normally review but experience was so bad I wanted other people to know before they choose to use it too. Prices on the website are not accurate as they don't include any of the "extras." Apparently my delivery was out of zone but nowhere on the website does it say what the zones are. When I called the Dispatch was nice enough, but did not inform me of what the final cost would be. When I saw the charge on my credit card I was confused so I asked for an invoice. When I received the invoice I called to speak with someone but this time he was not so nice. He said "You're crazy if you thought the prices on the website were the actual prices." He said I should have asked him what the final cost would be. That is when he informed me about the extra charges - gas, mileage, zones. When I asked what the actual mileage was, as no information was provided on the invoice, he told me to google the distance between by pick-up and drop-off locations. When I said that the website did not explain any of this, he told me "there must be something wrong with your brain then because that is not how couriering works."

Unprofessional, not only was the dispatcher guy not confident they could actually fulfill their direct service in the timeframe they promise, he condescendingly laughed at me because I didn't know the suite number of the Pardon's Clerk at the courthouse on 2201 Finch where I needed to send my documents, passive-aggressively saying that I need to send something "but don't know anything". Then when I called him out and said it's a courthouse full of people and an information desk they can ask, he just said forget it and hung up. What a dumb, emotional little b!%@# As an update, I called the courthouse and there is no suite number, it's just called Pardon's Clerk, moron.

Incredibly kind service, chatty if you want to chat, right to business if that's what you prefer. Great little online system for placing a shipment. responsive, communicative, great service always courteous with the recipients of our packages. Support small, it's a big deal <3

I couldn’t get past the phone conversation. The person on the phone was abrupt, unhelpful and made me feel like an idiot. I’ve never used a courier before, I certainly do not want to call this company again.
