I am writing to wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Eric Blanchard, the exceptional physician who has been caring for me for. Over. 8 years and recently during my hospitalization. Dr. Blanchard's dedication, compassion, and expertise are truly remarkable.

From the moment he learned of my condition, Dr. Blanchard took a personal interest in my care, ensuring that I received the best possible treatment. His bedside manner is warm and reassuring, putting even the most anxious patients at ease. He listens attentively to concerns and communicates clearly, making sure patients feel informed and supported.

What impresses me most about Dr. Blanchard is his unwavering commitment to his patients' well-being. When further investigation revealed that my case was more serious than initially thought, Dr. Blanchard took immediate action, adjusting my treatment plan to ensure I received the necessary care. His willingness to go above and beyond for his patients is a testament to his exceptional character.

I have been a patient since I was a child here. My uncle was a drug addict so because of that the rest of the family has been and still is treated like drug addicts. Doctor Fransky, likes to Rip you off medications and say they have left voicemail when they have done anything but as I regularly check my voicemail and have none from them. Also I was accused of selling my medication and have yet to receive an apology from this clinic or her and when she just called she refused to even admit it. She also didn't want to talk to me when I brought up the fact that the last time she ripped me off my meds and it was becuase I was assused of selling them and she denied that happened. Yet my mother brought in all my bottles gave them to reception and they said we can't talk to you about this to my mother. We'll she can't talk to me because I'm being like this. Like what? Bringing your faults yo your face that you refuse to admit to and treat your clients like garbage. Also later that month she also got a pee test which oh my god surprisingly came back positive with my meds in my system and she had all the bottles. This clinic is a joke.

I can't tell you how much I value Dr. Micayla Ahearn and her team. Jenny and Courtney have been fantastic in what must be a challenging time with Dr. Brown retiring. We will miss her a great deal as well.

Their receptionist Courtney is a total joke, I've been needing some blood work done and I've called multiple times over the past two months and no one's gotten back to me. (Blood pressure is 161 over 101 for reference) Every time you call her her phone goes directly to voice mail and you never receive a call back unless you owe them money. "Edit" I had to go in in order to talk to her because she wouldn't answer her phone, and she accused me of being rude when she was the one with a disgusting attitude. I'm definitely switching doctors, she is very unprofessional and sassy. Back to the kitchen.

This is so very frustrating. My husband is suffering with an ear infection. He has tried over the counter ear drops but they don't work. Our doctor is not available so he went to our Guardian drugstore walk in clinic,,,,there was no one there to help him. Was told to go to emergency....Because there are no doctors available the emergency room is full! What is happening with our health care here in Bancroft that you can't even see a doctor when you need one. Even a phone call with your doctor would work. We are seniors and am very worried about when we get up in our 80's. No walk in clinics available, you have a doctor but you can't see her or talk to her and with the amount of people in emergency wondering if there is a doctor there! With Covid on the rampage,,,its very scary being in emergency room with all these people! There has to be something done about this!

We have Dr Dayna Noltie and she is absolutely amazing with our 3 year old son. She is an amazing doctor for kids! A+ in my opinion!

She is kind, understanding and very willing to get to the bottom of any health concerns you may have!

Staff is wonderful too & our family is very pleased!

If gerasfmoff is happy with small town bancroft then being more social outside of clinic would help.
She has never given me light of day when I try and say hi. Rude and cold.
Seems friendly enough in clinic but her smile fades.
Blanchard is a joke.

I am so thankful to have such a caring team of health care professionals in Bancroft. Dr. Brown has been my doctor for as long as I can remember and I know how fortunate I am to be one of her patients.
