We had our truck detailed here, it came back cleaner than expected. Their detailing is better than you see done for used vehicles on most dealer lots. If you want your vehicle detailed this is the place to go. Highly recommend them. The entire staff are very friendly and helpful.

Excellent Customer Service. We had a tire emergency in front of their store when we were passing through Bancroft. Despite being closing time, Alyssa and Ben jumped into action and helped get us back on our way. The work was done properly and for a very fair and reasonable price. We really appreciated this level of customer service.

I really wanted to like them and I really wanted to purchase a vehicle there. I visited with my husband and would have bought on the spot that day but spoke to 3 different people there who couldn’t answer the most basic questions about the vehicle I wanted to buy. The only person who knew was hunting. I emailed and didn’t receive a response (3 times). I finally tracked down the owner after a few days but when I tried to arrange a time to buy the the vehicle I was ignored again. I phoned and left a message and a day and a half later he still didn’t respond. I found the same vehicle for cheaper elsewhere today thankfully. It really shouldn’t be so hard to give someone your money but if it doesn’t bother them then heck they don’t need my business.

I ordered a plow control it was the wrong one. Then there reorder it in January. Never hear back it is now marh 14 had to call to find out will never do business with this place again. When you can even call someone after paying a grand for parts and trusting they will get your stuff no call back poorly run place

I wish there was a rating of zero that I could give to this company.
We took our Audi to Auto Nexus in October 2021 it is July 11, 2022, and we still don’t have our car back in fact it is more broken now than when we took it in.
They gave us a quote in December 2900 to safety the car. In May 2022 they gave us a bill for $9000. In that bill we were not quoted for an estimate of this price there were things on the bill that had not even been fixed. Also, the hood of the car was bent to a point where water is getting into the engine from snow and ice buildup on the car.

Then there were racing coil-over springs that were broken and thrown away even though they were still viable.

They tried to give us back the car for the $9000 without the safety and with all the items above still broken. Including the car, the front end is not balanced and faces the sky.

We have had multiple times where we reached out to them to either have a conversation about the work or the lack of work or the pricing only to be met with weeks upon weeks of no communication from everyone at the shop.

I gave them until today to make good on a conversation we had had three weeks ago and still, I have heard nothing.

Do not take your car here you will be given the runaround and will be doubly charged and you will not be given an estimate.

I wish I could say that I am the only one that I have had this happen too but I am not, my close friend took her vehicle there and they did the same thing.

All the while I have paid over 600 in insurance To have our car left unlocked on their property unfixed and rusting over.

-IT HAS BEEN 2 weeks since my review and I finally received a new bill. This bill was was now for $6,900! The car is still broken on the hood, still not safetied and not at all what we were quoted. They claim to have “given” us 20% off the labour! The quote for the car being done after their inspection was $3,900. This I agreed to pay. Then 6 months later the bill is $9,000 and 3 months later after much prodding it is brought down to $7,000? We want the car seen by a mechanic to prove the work they said was done. I offered to pay what they quoted also.

DO NOT TAKE UOUR VEHICLES HERE!

They did this to my friend also. Quoted her $1,700 and when she picked up her car it was double. They changed the price to match the quote and that was good. Next time she took her car there they did the same thing. See a pattern here?

I cannot rate these wonderful people highly enough! We were passing through Bancroft on a 7 day trip when our battery light came on. After stopping at a couple of other places in Bancroft we found this establishment. They immediately took our vehicle into the garage and a few minutes later came out to say it was fixed. The gracious mechanic showed me the problem and suggested I leave it with him for 15 minutes to make sure all was ok. Then he returned the vehicle to me and after paying an extremely reasonable fee, we were on our way. I have never dealt with more pleasant and helpful people!
