Terrible communication, they never reply to e-mails AND never return phone calls and never call you with a status update! Ordered a grenade launcher (Havoc 12") in October (paid my 25% deposit) and they said it was on backorder with the manufacturer (Spikes Tactical) so I gave it a few months and called Questar back in December "Spikes still hasn't shipped it to our FFL yet" 🙁 so I called Spikes Tactical "Questar? We don't even have an order from them. We were only a few weeks back ordered, if you ordered in Oct you should have received it in Nov!" now Questar isn't returning my phone calls or e-mails, wow. I'll give them one more week to reply, if not I'll file a fraud complaint with my credit card company. All I wanted for Christmas was my grenade launcher 🙁

**EDIT: After sending a fax (lol, I know right) to Questar I got a refund the very next day (so I've upgraded this review to 2 stars instead of 1 star) with the explanation "Due to our inability to deliver your item(s) within the specified timeframe and with no current estimate on delivery we have closed your order and issued a refund of your deposit." not really what I wanted, I just wanted the grenade launcher, but I guess this will have to do. I'll contact irunguns and Aztech Armory and see if they can bring one in for me 🙁

Things started well, I placed an order for 2 firearms and received an email confirming this within 12 hours of paying a 25% deposit. That was 2 years ago. I have not had any contact since, despite several messages asking if there was additional documents or paperwork I needed to submit. I received no response when I gave them my new address after moving. I have yet to hear back after requesting to cancel my order. So it's been 2 years, nearly $1500 as a deposit and the only thing I've been sent is an invoice.

Very poor first time customer experience with Questar. I ordered some items, one of them being back ordered. I requested that these items all be shipped together and instead the order came through as two invoices with two shipping charges, one for each invoice. Multiple emails back and forth to Derek at Questar did not solve the problem even though the items had not been shipped out yet. I am very disappointed in the inability to rectify the problem even though it had been identified before the items had been shipped.

Horrible email response. They had no clue when pre ordered stuff would arrive. I've been waiting almost 6 months for a firearm and they have never once contacted me and gave any reassurance of when I might receive the firearm I ordered, and put a required down payment on. Very shaddy. Would highly recommend only purchasing the items they have in stock.

Ordered a caliber conversion barrel for my G22. Small hiccup with my credit card, but Derek was very professional and friendly, and we got it sorted out. Excellent shipping cost and quite fast.
Overall great experience!

Not like other customers complained about pre order items. I ordered the item in stock. It has been about a month and after tons of emails and phone calls (even 3 faxes), I still got nothing reply back to me. Will never shop here again.

Good selection with good prices and fast shipping. My only complaint is that it takes awhile for a response through email and they need better descriptions on their products. I will still order stuff from here, if you have any questions your better of to call cause they have great customer service
