Best moving company located in Barrie. From start to finish right from quoting to booking the job they were super quick. They offered me a reasonable price and a stellar service. All my items were handled professionally and with care by Joshua & Phillip. They also went above and beyond with helping me with the fragile decor. On moving day, Dylan and Phil arrived right on time and were both incredibly respectful, professional, and friendly. I had a few tricky items that needed extra care, and they went above and beyond to wrap and secure everything properly. Starr Moving Services did a fantastic job helping us move a shipping container full of restaurant inventory from a rental facility to our indoor arena. The team was courteous, efficient, and incredibly respectful throughout the entire process.

This moving company is top notch! They recently moved us from Barrie to cottage country and packed that truck to the rafters. I wish the truck had been a bit bigger, as I had more than expected, but Josh (the owner) was very accommodating, put items in his own car, and drove it up as well. Josh was accommodating in every way, made sure everything went smoothly throughout the day, and made this move as stress free as possible. I was pleasantly surprised to see four strong men arrive in the morning! His staff were focused, took very few breaks and were careful with all belongings. They arrived before the designated time, disassembled and protected all furniture and three hours later we were on the road! Once at the destination they placed everything where it was supposed to go and reassembled all required furniture pieces. They had one small mishap with a broken stand, but informed me immediately and took responsibility by trying to fix it before their departure 9 hours later. This moving company is amazing. No hidden fees or extra charges for having four men or for mileage. The quote Josh gave me when I booked his company is exactly what I paid in the end. I was so happy with them and their hard work that I gave them a good tip! We have moved many times, and across many provinces, and this company has been THE BEST moving company of them all. I am so impressed with their professionalism, hard work and care that I happily give them a 5 star rating and the highest of recommendations. Thank you so much Josh and crew! 5 “Starrs” from me!

Absolutely stellar service! The guys were friendly, courteous, diligent and mindful. My move included a lot of boxes, including several unique items. No damage to anything. They reassembled an extra large desk, tv monitor on a tall stand, and even helped carry an additional wooden platform down a set of stairs even though it was not part of the moving inventory. Really helpful hardworking guys! I’d give 10 stars if I could!
