Merci de m'avoir accordé la parole, cela fait plus de deux ans que je suis membre d'Alamo inside. Avant cela j'ai eu l'occasion de faire des locations voitures sur les autres entreprises de Locations vraiment toute.
Mais l'expérience que j'ai eu avec ALAMO est impressionnant, les prix incomparables, service impeccable, rapide et fiable et même à la veille de ta réservation tu ne pas déçu même une prolongation des jours téléphonique direct alors très flexible avec ses clients. J'ai eu à retourner le véhicule une heure de retard et j étais gracié parce que je suis un client Fidèle et même oublier mes objets dans la voiture et je les récupérés après deux Jours. Et plus encore....
C'est vraiment Formidable et Merveilleux de pouvoir rouler avec ALAMO. C'est le Meilleur et j'y mets ma CONFIANCE.

Pas de pneus neige malgré la tempête imminente et drop off au Quebec. Voiture nulle avec chauferette ne fonctionnant pas, essuie glace usé et inutile, embrayage glissant, réservoir non plein.... Je suis client de Alamo depuis 15 ans, heureusement que les autres succursalles prennent cela un peu sérieusement... très décevant

$130 "walk-in" tax - never again.
I needed a car at short notice. The young man at Alamo Rent A Car at the Ottawa airport was rude and abrupt because he didn't want to deal with a "walk-in". When I returned the car a day early, I was told there would be no reduction in the "special weekly rate" I was being charged. I pointed out there was no mention of this when I signed the contract, but they wouldn't discuss it further. They clearly thought I should just absorb it for having the nerve to want to give them my money without booking in advance on the website. I didn't have time to argue when I dropped off the car, so I let it go. When the bill arrived there was an extra $56 charge for the "premium rental location" - also not mentioned at any point. I'm out an extra $130 for having relied on them in an emergency. I will NEVER rent from Alamo again.

Sometimes the best way to judge service is how an employee responds when there are bumps in the road. After a long journey, we arrived to find our pre-booked vehicle wasn’t ready. When we approached one staff member about our concern, we received a non-committal reply. That’s when Matt jumped in and provided us a set of keys immediately. When we couldn’t make the GPS system work properly, he climbed in the car to do his best to fix it. When that didn’t work, he immediately walked us over to another vehicle, one we preferred, and ensured we were satisfied and ready for our journey.
A couple of hours later, we noticed that we were missing a bag of charger cables that we believed we’d left in the original car. We called Alamo and Matt answered. He said he remembered us and instantly started a search for our bag. The vehicle was in the shop due to the GPS issue, so he called the staff there to have them search the car. It took several minutes of their efforts but the bag wasn’t there. Still concerned, Matt told us he would leave a note with our details in case it turned up. Of course, when I had a closer look in our current vehicle, I found the bag and called Matt to apologize for taking his time and thanking him for his efforts. He was gracious and professional.
Fast-forward five days, and who should greet us warmly when we pulled in to return the car? Matt. He introduced himself, and we were again able to thank him for being such a considerate person.
Alamo has a great representative in Matt. So if you ever have an issue when dealing with renting a car there, ask for Matt.

Wish I could give 0 stars. Booked online and paid in advance. the day we picked up the car the guy working said there was something wrong with the booking and that he’d have to make a new one for us and we’d have to pay again there and call customer service for a refund. We pay again and of course I call customer service multiple times and they are barely understandable and completely unhelpful. The first time the person I spoke to said he would escalate the issue and someone would call me back the next day. No one ever called. I called a number of times the following days, taking time out of my trip to deal with this, and all they could tell me was it was already escalated and i’d get my refund in 5 business days. It’s now been 12. These people pocketed my money twice. They should have just refunded me in person on the spot. It’s come to a point where I had to open a dispute claim with my credit card company yesterday because I know they’re not going to give me my money back. Absolutely ridiculous will never deal with this company again. Be careful.

Service was quick, and I got a low mileage suv hence the 3 stars.

-1 star for not giving me the car I booked.
-1 star for dirty interior, seats had a bunch of stains which seemed like a soda spill, back seat had bunch of fine cookies stuck between. And horrible smell, they should have vented the car out before renting it.
