Croisière pour aller voir dés épaves... ont nous en montre deux, c'est impressionnant mais c'est tout. Ensuite ce n'est qu'une longue balade en bateau pour faire le tour des îles.

Мы отправились на лодке к острову Flowerpot Island — это одно из самых живописных мест в национальном парке Fathom Five.
После короткой прогулки по воде нас высадили на острове, где у нас было около двух часов для исследования.
Мы гуляли по тропам, дышали свежим воздухом, фотографировались у знаменитых скальных столбов — “цветочных горшков”, которые дали острову название.
Эти известняковые образования сформировались более 400 миллионов лет назад под действием воды и ветра, и за это время приняли удивительную форму.
На острове также сохранились исторические постройки — маяк, действующий с конца XIX века, и остатки дома смотрителя маяка, который когда-то жил здесь с семьёй в полной изоляции.
Всё это придаёт месту особую атмосферу уединённости и связи с прошлым.
Природа на острове почти нетронутая — чистая вода, редкие растения, скалы и тишина.
Всё было хорошо организовано, маршрут чёткий, персонал дружелюбный.
Отличное место, чтобы отдохнуть от города, насладиться красотой природы и погрузиться в атмосферу северного Онтарио.

We took the extended no-stop flowerpot tour and got to see a number of smaller islands I'd never seen before. It was a great trip - neat to see the flower pot formations, shipwrecks and a few interesting birds as well. The captain said we might see a bald eagle and sure enough one was circling above flowerpot Island when we were on the north side.

I have been on the boat twice, and both times were good. On the ride to Flower Pot island, the boat stops at the shipwreck and circles several times so you have time to take pictures and watch through the glass bottom. Then you get dropped off at Flower Pot and can spend 3 hours there, which is the right amount of time. They’re pretty flexible with the return boat time too - we booked the 2pm return but were to get on the 1pm when we asked.

There’s free parking and shuttle bus service.

We had a awesome experience with blue heron cruises. We visited Tobermory on Canada Day Long weekend. The staff was super friendly and polite. The stay onboard cruise took around 2 hours to complete. Flowerpot Island,the shipwrecks and lighthouse are the main attractions. We explored entire flower pot island and returned to cruise in 1.5hrs.

A Wonderful Experience with Blue Huron Cruise – Truly Exceptional Service!

I had an amazing experience with Blue Huron Cruise! From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and informative. They took the time to explain the different options available, helping me decide what suited me best. Their genuine care and attention made the whole experience even more enjoyable.

During the cruise, I accidentally lost my ring on the boat – entirely my own fault for not being more careful with my belongings. Although I knew it was unlikely to be recovered, I still informed the staff. They couldn’t search for it right away as the next group of passengers was about to board, but they assured me they would look for it before the next cruise departed.

I didn’t expect to hear anything more, and I drove back to Toronto that day. To my surprise, the staff called me later that evening to let me know they had found my ring and would be mailing it back to me. I was so touched by their honesty, kindness, and follow-through.

This level of integrity and customer care is rare. I am beyond grateful for their help, and this experience has made me a loyal customer. I will definitely return and recommend Blue Huron Cruise to anyone looking for a memorable and trustworthy adventure. They truly deserve recognition and praise!

Great experience with the blue heron. We took the 11 am ferry to flower pot island and back. Saw the shipwreck on the way. The blue heron has a glass bottom which offers a beautiful view of the blue green waters of lake huron and the shipwreck.
