I had a wonderful experience at this location while waiting for my train. It was a nice connecting point that offered a conducive and relaxing atmosphere, making it easy to unwind. The location was also highly accessible, with staff always ready and willing to assist when needed. Overall, it was a comfortable and supportive environment that made my wait enjoyable.

Alot of free parking space. Go train is Stress-free and quick method to get to downtown Toronto and cheaper than downtown parking. The GO train was moving faster than the highway traffic. Save time, buy tickets online. They offer Day pass on weekends and holidays for $10. I highly recommend it, and I will definitely take it again.

Lots of helpful employees, I would have missed my train if it wasn't for them, the place was clean, well marked, looked nice and had screens that told you just about all you would need to know, had no issues here and surprised by how cheap you can catch the GO train.

A go-to stop to drop the car off in the free parking lot and head to Union Station on the GO train for a day or evening event. Saves me from the mental load of navigating hectic traffic, finding parking near my destination, and allows me some time to recharge before the next stage of my trip. In my experience it's been a clean and safe space to spend a bit of time waiting for the trains.

Pleasant ride from Durham College Oshawa Go to Union Station on a Sunday morning. Weekend single day pass, only $10. Plenty of parking, and a clean, bright an open train station, with lots of seating. Simple, easy access to the boarding area and train, with numerous presto ticket machines, and a convenient Shoppers Drug Mart vending machine full of pharmacy type, and other travel necessities.

I hate this station and its inability to function well. The parking lot is first of all designed in a way that it is not easy to find a spot. You will drive back and forth with lots of other cars blocking you in the narrow lanes, trying to find a spot. When a big vehicle, especially a 4x4 parks, good luck trying to park beside it. The lot is not well maintained. Lots of dips and uneven pavement. Then, the Presto machines are often not functioning properly or are out of service. And lastly, even though this is the first stop westbound to Union, the trains always close their doors 2 minutes before departure time and sit there idle before moving, always leaving lots of passengers behind.

Easy to navigate. We discovered a new spot right at the entrance to the skywalk that we were able to store our luggage while we went to a Jays game. Alway very clean.
