I see you have problems with elevators at your other buildings as well but could you find it in your heart to fix the ones at 21 tiechester, they are down weekly going over a year now and it has to stop. Both are down today and the elevator guy was here not 2 hours ago. Really beaux properties? You need to do far better, this is downright shameful now. Our superintendent is very good, always helpfull, this needs to be fixed at your level.

If I could I would give them a big fat zero. This company is true picture of sheer corporate greed that cares only and only about rent and nothing else., keep forgetting that their tenants are their customers and if they are not satisfied it means that Management is doing bad job!!

I moved into a Beaux property as my first home away from my parents and on my own. The building is always clean and I love how they decorate the lobby during the holidays!

66 Broadway is a terrible building! They will be putting the rent up soon and the landlord is planning on putting condos right in front and adding 3 stories on the roof. Do no move in here. Very noisy now and it will get much worse! I wish there was a negative star rating!

I'd love for someone to call me and explain why there are strange men on my balcony at 55 Oakmount at 8am on a Saturday of a long weekend doing noisy work that tenants were not notified about.

These guys never answer their calls and when urgent maintenance is needed there’s no direct line. The only person that answers is their leasing / sales office!
