Extremely Disappointed – Would Not Recommend

I had a very disappointing experience with Ibrahim.
At first, he was friendly and helpful before we agreed that he would handle my taxes for the year. However, once he collected my documents, there was no follow-up communication — not even a single call to verify the information, despite it being my first time filing taxes in Canada. I made it clear that I was unfamiliar with the process and needed guidance.

After the assessment, I was shocked to see that my tax return amount was zero. When I asked for clarification, he admitted that they forgot to include details from two full-time jobs I held during the year. Later, he told me the issue was corrected and that I should expect a return — but again, I received nothing till now.

For over two months, I have been trying to reach him for clarification, sending messages and making calls. He only responded twice, and both replies were vague, dismissive, and didn’t address any of my concerns. It felt like he hadn’t even read my messages properly, and he clearly wasn’t interested in resolving the issue.

This level of unprofessionalism and lack of accountability is unacceptable, especially when dealing with something as important as taxes. I would not recommend his services to anyone.

Warning ‼️‼️‼️‼️Ibrahim promised to bring my grandmother here from Syria and took 2500 dollars from me but we discovered that he was lying and there was no application it was a fraud and i will take it to the court .

I have dealt with Mr. Ibrahim Marashli to complete the tax return for the second year in a row. It was a truly successful experience in terms of punctuality and completing the work with professionalism and extreme precision. I highly recommend dealing with Mr. Ibrahim for his high professionalism.

*WARNING: IBMA accepted payment for corporate revival services in March 2025 but has since disappeared. No work was delivered, and they refuse to respond to emails/calls. After months of broken promises, I’m now forced to file complaints with Consumer Protection Ontario and the BBB to recover my funds.*

Do not trust this firm until they address their lack of professionalism. Serious clients should look elsewhere.
