UPS ran over my package and delivered the box and item in pieces. I think the driver was embarrassed alone even bringing this thing to the door.

Package had insurance and filed a claim but UPS keeps saying they haven't got a claim and no one wants to resolve the problem here

I'm tired of the consistent late deliveries, the delievery notes left at the door when people are home and drivers won't ring the door bell or knock, and the damaged packages. Take some initiative and offer the professional service that people pay for.

Last I checked UPS was just shy of 20 million last quarter. I suppose between dividends and paying the CEO they didn't have anything left in maintenance account to pave the parking lot. If you are planning a trip to 456 Greys Road make sure you have 4X4. The potholes are mighty deep!....... Sadly employees probably slave away their lives for peanuts and UPS can't cover the basics. Your lobby is looking a little 1991!

Received an email noting my package has arrived at the Hamilton facility at 6:30AM. At 9:30AM my package changed to delayed; I thought “this is odd, they have all day to get my package delivered, approximately10 minutes away” anyway - called UPS and was told the facility is full and they won’t process the truck with my package till the near future. THIS IS UPS and it’s JANUARY. How the hell did they survive Christmas? So far every package I’ve ever gotten since moving out here, has been delayed due to this facility - once they had even lost my package for weeks!

Received an email regarding delivery of package. Tried to do online signature as well as reschedule delivery with app, could not do this. Called UPS to try and reschedule. Agent advised of policy of 3 delivery attempts for 3 consecutive days. I advised the agent I wanted to reschedule the delivery when I was home as I didn't want notices left on my door as this would indicate to potential thieves that I was not home. She refused and hung up on me. I was trying to save UPS time and money by not making the 2 additional delivery attempts as I knew I would not be home. I realize it is their busy season but to hang up on a customer is ridiculous. DO NOT RECOMMEND UPS!

Ups decided they weren’t going to enter my building or take the stairs. As per speaking to a customer service rep they advised me that my package was going to be available for pickup between 6-6:30 in Hamilton. As I live in the Oakville area this was quite a drive. Once I had arrived I was informed I would need to wait. After waiting for 25 minutes I had to ask to speak to someone. The lady helping me named Jessica decided she was going to tell me the driver had dropped it off at another location. If this is going to be the case have the courtesy to contact the customers. You take down all of the information yet can’t pick up a phone or send an email. Completely disorganized and disgusting service. All of the 1 star reviews don’t lie.

Delivery guy came to my door and since it was a C.O.D package, I did not have the right form of payment so we agreed that I would pick it up the next morning at their building in Stoney creek. He told me the address and said that it would be there the next morning for pickup which I was totally fine with.
I show up the next day at their building within their 7:30am-9am hours of operation and asked for my package. Only to find out that my package is nowhere to be found and is apparently "still on the burlington truck". Since it was not pulled off the truck, I wasted my time and my early morning on nothing but a nice traffic filled drive. Terrible experience.

Just like others I've struggled to get my package from UPS. Drivers barely make any attempt to contact you when they deliver (30 seconds for someone to answer the door isn't unreasonable, is it?), and the only package delivery building is across town and only accepts pick-ups during rush hour (seriously: 7:30am-9am or 4:30pm-6pm).

Unacceptable. UPS doesn't seem to care if you get your packages or not.
