Friendly staff, but terrible service due to the strike. My package was sitting in the Plattsville location on a Friday. I went to pick it up myself at 11am but the nice attendant explained I will have to wait until Tuesday receive it. How hard is it to walk 10 steps into the back room, scan it, and hand it to me? In what world does it make sense to inconvenience a paying customer in this way? My package took 2 days to get from Toronto to the Plattsville office, and 4 days to get to my house. Terrible. Never again Canada Post. I'm very disappointed.

Does not give option of post box location, even when informed that an older aged parent is living in the home. Its ridiculous and such a money grab that you are required to purchase a key to the first door of the post office in order to get you mail anytime outside of their business hours... Yes, that means if you don't pay for a door key (after already having to buy a post box) you do not get to check your mail after 5pm or on weekends!

Has a strange smell but friendly staff. Had a package that delivery driver decided not to deliver cause she wanted to go home for the weekend early. We've had countless problems with packages not being delivered and having to go to the office to get it because the person doesn't want to knock at the door and actually do their job!
