Wow! I went to meet Jeff to see if he had any used boats for sale. I have owned boats since I was 13yrs old and know a lot about boats and currently am employed as a crew member on a boat. I was introduced to Jeff and his wife and I walked around the yard looking at whatever was in the yard. I had interest in one particular boat a 20’ bow rider. So I went over the boat with Jeff. I know what I’m talking about. So… Jeff you are an old man and should know by now that you don’t judge a book by it’s cover! You are a joke and if you wanted to discuss it let me know. The owner (Jeff Krampien) is a perfect gentlemen. He helped me with a problem of spark plug cable broken on my engine. He answered my email on saturday evening and he opened his business sunday morning, when it was supposed to be closed, to sell me two spark plug cables. I was on my summer vacation and without his help, my vacation could have been ruined for a few days.

I recommend this business because the human pass in front of anything else.

Worst customer service, was told 3 weeks ago my motor was being worked on and would be done a week ago. No one answers phone and voicemail was always full. Was told parts would be ordered for my motor, and it would be ready Wed/Thurs. Come Friday i get a call back telling me they are ready to order parts. It was suppose to be completed by then. Owner set up an appointment for me to come talk to him at 9am the next day and he never showed up. Was told by many people not to come here... now i see why.

Store my Sea-Doo with them. Great shop. I was low on gas, gas station closed, and the boys filled me up enough to get down to Ferndale. Highly recommend.

Great job! Was visiting Tobermory for the week and was disappointed one of my jet boat engines wouldn't start. Called this place and they were able to look at it right away. Took it there at 4:00 pm and they had it all fixed by 11:00 the next morning! They saved our trip! Thanks guys!
