I called Sealion Cargo to see if they could provide me with better service than I was receiving from other companies. I received a call from Iona and she explained the process for shipping containers from China to my location. At first a short learning curve, for both of us, to understand exactly what I was looking for. After that it has been great, Iona and her associates are on top of the entire journey of my container. I follow up to ask questions and they always have a up to date answer for me. This is the best shipping company i have dealt with, I have not paid more than I have been quoted, for all 8 containers I have shipped so far this year, and I have not had this in the past.

Jeremy and his team were amazing with helping us ship miners on very short notice. They coordinated between CA, NY, FL and made the impossible happen literally overnight! They were so flexible and adaptable to some changes along the way. Really appreciated their professional and friendly service. Highly recommend!

My overall experience with Sealion Cargo was good. I have no experience with overseas shipping..... However, I will tell you that Ashley Ma and her team helped me to organize my shipment with kindness and patience…Five Stars for this one. Keep up the good work guys!

I had a terrible experience calling Sealion Cargo. I was shopping around for air and ocean freight, each time I called I had spoke to IONA. First time I called I was asking for the services I got one word answers, unhelpful seemed like she didn't care to speak to me. Second time I called as I was following up with the quote that she was suppose to email me even then felt like she didn't even want to be on the phone again or help me our. After two days of waiting, once the quote was given to me I again called as I had questions about the quote.

This is where I really felt that I would never give my business to them especially if she was in charge of handling my account. I had explained that we have very high volumes of shipments coming in each month. She was extremely rude and seemed like she was annoyed with all the VALID questions I was asking. Very unprofessional, they don't value customers especially people, seemed very unhappy, not friendly one bit. - Not sure why the service was like this as I was simply inquiring. The first two times I had thought maybe it was just a bad day for her but seems like this is just how the service is there with her.

I can't comment on the actual shipping service as I wasn't even able to get there yet. Hope they give more training and could be more friendly with everyone. I don't normally write reviews like this but this ruined my day, unacceptable and just unprofessional.

Looking at the negative reviews seems like they all had the same issue.
