Overall staff behaviour has mostly been nice. Little laid back though.
But the building looks like a sick place.
Pathetic and smelly bathroom.
Dirty floors
Old style counters which have never been wiped or cleaned. Scattered papers on the table and old Notices on walls which nobody bothered to change.
Certainly not. G7 standard!
Building needs to be revamped

Worst place to be when something’s go wrong on your load they will ask you to do thing not nicely but with Attitude just because you were given an authority doesn’t mean your words should apply with attitude actions have a better behavior towards people that you claim deserve a better welcoming not harsh words inconvenient place to be and unprofessional people most of them

I have been here many times but I have to finally give a review for my experience yesterday. I was held simply cause my broker messed up my paperwork and CFIA rejected my load, and even though I was there well over 6+ hours, every officer I spoke with (3 in total) was super helpful, patient and kind. The second even calling to find out why after 4 hours my load still hadn't cleared. I'm very thankful to all the officers at this compound and thankful for their service.

There is literally only two boxes in my trailer and these guys have wasted two hours to inspect. Why are these lazy people employed? And given a badge to talk rude and how many times you gotta ask the same damn questions?

Just can not give them a 5 star review. Staff were as friendly as their job permits. Was told everything that was going to happen. Was in and out within an hour so it’s all I could ask for. Building and outside were relatively clean washrooms were very clean

Once you get to know the officers, and the Job that they have to do. It makes good sense about the situations, and the people, freight and cargo that they have to constantly deal with day in and out. And once they get to know you personally. Those Canadian Customs Officials will treat you alot better respect than the US Customs Official's across the Ambassador Bridge over in Detroit, Mi. USA for sure. Especially for myself Windsor, Ontario., is the Port of Entry where I became a Naturalized Citizen of Canada!
