Last month I dropped by to get a Mr. Sub sub. The person who walked into the store seconds before I did wanted to talk to the manager or owner about a car they were selling. They asked the young lady who was working there to call that person on the store's phone. The guy yapped to the manager or owner for a ridiculous amount of time. The employee could not make my sub because she needed to get the phone back from the guy who wanted to buy a car. I got fed up with waiting and left. That fact that the manager or owner put their personal car sale ahead of customer service was disturbing so I decided never to buy a sub there again.

Today, I go there buy gas. The pump would not accept my credit card so I had to go inside to pay. I was made to wait because the sole employee was busy making a sub. Are you kidding? i can't begin to describe how angry it made me and I did consider just walking away, but I am an honest person so I waited.

The manager of this place should be sent packing for doing such a lousy job. The owner of this business should be ashamed for owning such a poorly run business. They should also be ashamed of how they treat their employees! Employees should not have to deal with the affects of a poorly run business.

Their currently discounted fuel prices are not worth the aggravation so I will be going to nearby competitors even if I have to pay a few bucks more. Putting personal car sales ahead of customers is wrong. Equipment not functioning properly is problematic. Having a sole employee covering multiple service operations is not a good look and is not fair to the employee, especially, when personal car sales are involved.

Good prices on gas and has 2 places inside to order food pizza or subs and so on variety store also

Always bought my gas here. Prices were always the best. Won’t be anymore after owner called my wife stupid. Tip - don’t call your customers stupid if you want to stay in business. Not a good long term survival plan. Also - fix your pumps so they all accept debit and my wife wouldn’t have had to drive around to a different pump to get gas and rub up against your precious curb and get called stupid for doing so.

Wow! To say I had an incredible experience at the Pioneer gas station would be an understatement! After my first time visiting it’s been my go to place for a quick stop! The young man behind the counter is always very welcoming, kind and is always good for a great conversation that ends up with me leaving the store with a smile on my face! I highly recommend!

Love this place great people. Pizza is usually good but is sometimes old during Slow parts of the day. But during the lunch rush it’s Great. Great prices and great food/ drink selection. Best gas station in Wingham by far.

All buckets to clean windshields, frozen or empty. Asked if they could add windshield washer fluid to one so I could clean my windshield. Response was nothing I can do to help you, the fluid is only for sale.

Amazing customer service and the washroom was very clean. They also had a Mr. Sub (My favourite) aswell as other great food options, and on top of it all the gas was cheaper then any place I’ve been to recently. I definitely see myself coming back here and would highly recommend.
