Can't reach anyone on the phone, don't receive return call after leaving voicemail, and when I managed to drive to the office, it was closed up tight as a clam without any indication of office hours, or if and when a body might be present. My company is in need of Title packets for a couple large trucks and I have no recourse by which to get the needed documents to register them for operations in the state!! Very poor service acumen!!!

I used the services of Skyros Logistics for the transportation of my vehicle from LA to Texas. However, my experience with this company was extremely disappointing and unethical.
Initially, I was provided a contract by William, their representative, stating a total cost of $410 for the service. As per the agreement, I paid $300 upfront, with the remaining $110 to be settled upon delivery of the vehicle.
When the driver arrived with my car in Texas, he demanded a cash payment of $650, which was a significant deviation from the contracted amount. Despite presenting the contract details and expressing my intention to pay only the remaining $110, the driver was adamant about the inflated fee.
Attempts to contact William, the company representative who had handled the transaction, were unsuccessful as he did not answer our calls. After a prolonged standoff on the roadside, involving my entire family trying to resolve the issue, William eventually responded. However, instead of upholding the original contract, he made excuses about a change in terms and insisted on the $650 payment, promising a refund of the excess amount once he reached his office.
Regrettably, as of February 7, 2024, no refund has been issued, and Skyros Logistics has effectively taken advantage of us through deceptive practices and a failure to honor their contractual obligations. Their actions left my family stranded and caused significant inconvenience and financial loss.
I would recommend never use Skyros Logistics due to their unethical conduct, lack of professionalism, and disregard for customer agreements.

Skyros Logistics is a scam company that doesn't honor contracts and exhibits fraudulent practices. Driver asked for inflated price when my vehicle was delivered. The company rep failed to support and asked to pay more. I recommend to never use Skyros logistics.

This is a scam. They took my deposit and never made contact with me re transport of my vehicle. I tried calling and e mailing them —-number disconnected and no response from my e mails. Do NOT use this company —IT’S A SCAM !!
UPDATE: I received a phone call from Bryan Smith (Skyros rep) on Nov 6th regarding my Google review - I explained IN DETAIL what had occurred. Bryan (Skyros) DID reimburse me my full deposit.
I did hire ANOTHER transport company - communication was awesome and my vehicle was picked up and dropped off on time !!

First time ever writing a review. Do NOT use Skyros to ship your car. They will give you a quote that's $100-200 lower than competitors to get your business. One day before car pickup, they will call you saying there aren't many truckers running your route, and DOUBLE the quote to guarantee a trucker connection. Truckers are 3rd party – Skyros is just a middleman/broker. Skyros still owes me $200, weeks later...

1) first they said I only need to pay $358
2) but then they made a fake contract that I never signed with the price of $1200
3) so I said I can’t pay and the truck driver just took away my car
4) I am going to sue this company tomorrow
