I had contacted several companies before Hermes. Some wanted me to know the amount of space that my shipping would have required, or fill a form online where they had a list of furniture and I had to mark my itemes in order to have an estimate. Never talking with a person, everyting online. But I have no idea how much space my furniture need in a container and nothing seamed to describe them exactly. When I called Hermes, Thanos answered right away and the next day HE WAS IN MY HOME, checking personally what I needed to ship and sending me right away the estimate. The day of the shipping two very pleasant and professional persons were ON TIME at my place and worked fast and well. Totally stress free! Only one item arrived broken and it was immediately refound by Hermes. My experience has been excellent, I still have things to ship and it will be with Hermes, with no doubt. Thank you Thanos!

These people are to avoid,SPECIALLY THE LADY NAMED FOTINI IN THE RECEPTION, they always lie to you and they charge you excessive amount of money, they tell you different price on the phone and when you bring your stuff to their office suddenly they increase the price and they tell you take your stuff back or pay the money and that's not all,once you have the receipt they don't deliver and they bring up again extra money to pay for taxes of entry in Greece otherwise they keep your belongings captive.i sent 1 palette from montréal to athens Greece and they promised delivery the latest in one month and its been 3 months that they keep harrasing me without delivering my belongings,I paid 700$ to send 2 used TV and 3 small suitcases and now they ask me extra 150$ otherwise they will not give me my stuff. AVOID AT ALL COSTS BELIEVE ME!!!!!

Disrespectful, misleading and dishonest are just a few words to describe our experience with Kathrine Markakis and Hermes Overseas Traffic. The packing was poorly done (several personal items were damaged or broken) and we were threatened to be charged extra when they showed up without boxes, and packing materials. We were charged extra for warehousing, even though we did not not request warehousing. The final cost (without warehousing and insurance) was 2.7 times higher than the initial quote! Definately to be avoided.

I relocated from Montreal to Athens Greece with Hermes Overseas.
They did a super job and had no damages cause everything was excellent packaged. I highly recommend them, they are excellent movers whether its your household goods, vehicle or personal effects.
