My car broke down and I had less than 20 minutes to get to work. I’m new here and didn’t realize it was a cash only service (like who doesn’t have visa, debit, apple pay in 2024)? The cab driver gave me a hard time until I told him I’d send him more money than what was owed via e-transfer. Would never recommend A1 Taxi and I’ll never use it again unless it’s an absolute emergency.

I used this company 2x today to take me to and from the hospital and I must say both gentleman that drove me were incredible. They were friendly and accomadating and just a pleasure to ride with. The one you drove me home was even kind enough to help me to my apt door to make sure I didnt hurt myslef more since my back is super sore. I really appreciated these two men. I will definitely use this company from now on.

Horrible people ,,, we accidentally parked on their spot ( people make mistake ), I just went to withdraw money from TD ATM, meanwhile one guy scare my wife and asked her to take the vehicle and go,, he yelled at me when I came back and had an argument with me, I told him people make mistakes,,, he was very rude and yelling at me and my family

Horrible services. the cab drivers don't wait for you for any longer than 10 seconds, the dispatcher is an absolute bofoon, and my girlfriend was refused service because she could only pay for the 8 dollar cab ride in change. If a cab driver is to lazy to count the money they are being paid then they should not be a cab driver. Don't use this so called service

We landed at the Kirkland lake airport, they got a foot of snow overnight, asked them to come to the airport their dispatch laughed at us and said not with these roads. I am from northern Alberta and there is no problems driving in these conditions especially since they have been plowed down to the gravel. If you can't drive on gravel you shouldn't even be in business!
