We started using ACE when the roads to and from Vancouver were impacted by the flooding. They delivered our orders in a timely and well priced service. I am now in the process of switching to ACE for most our shipping needs from Vancouver to Kelowna. Duane, Daniel Chocolates Kelowna. Update(2024 Xmas), the service continues to exceed my expectations (high). The timely service, polite drivers and lack of errors has earned our shipping account when possible. Great job!

Rave to Kelowna Ace Courier. Paid 53.00 yesterday at 1pm for a 9 1/2 pound package (included 400.00 insurance) and it was delivered in Surrey before 11 this morning.

Ordered filters for a job that was for a customer that lived a fair ways away from us. It was important I receive the filters and install them as soon as possible. Country Tractor was exemplary on locating the filters and they used ACE to ensure they get to me in a timely fashion. Next day rolls around and I am calling for the whereabouts of the filters and ACE doesn't know. They have the waybill here in Kelowna but no filters. All day Friday I am back and forth, but no luck. Finally, after dealing with my not too happy customer, Monday they miraculously show up. When asked for a break on the freight charges, a simple no was given. Just because they don't guarantee next day delivery. From Armstrong to Kelowna No concern on how this effected my business either. That solidified my choice to use someone else to haul simple freight within a 100km radius!!
