The kindest and most genuine staff. They were so helpful from selecting the right unit size to payment to even helping us get everything settled in. Absolutely amazing facility, great staff the best location for construction workers within the east end/DT area. I have used this place for nearly ten years. Sad to be leaving but moving provinces. Great security. 24/7 access cameras everywhere. 10 out 10 recommended.

Matthew is the best, knowledgeable, and understanding.

Staff immediately responded to initial email inquiries. The rental process was simple and quick, and the prorated portion of my monthly rental fee was confirmed within a day of notifying them I had moved all of my belonging out of the unit. Units were clean, easily accessible 24hrs, and available in a variety of sizes as well. Overall a great experience.

I rented an 8x10 unit for two months. There is 24 hour access with an electronic gate. Lots of room to move around in which is good when you are driving a huge moving truck for the first time. The floors were nice and solid, able to withstand the very heavy machinery and materials I had in there. There is a ~4 inch height difference from the ground, but a 3/4" piece of plywood fits really well as a ramp. I had no problems with moisture, and the unit was nice and clean. Jackie was really helpful and completely upfront about all costs.

The storage units are sold in their nominal size, and even a 5x10 is different dimensions depending of the type of 5x10: The type with the roof sloped toward the doorway is 114"x53", whereas the type with the door on the side is 117"x53". Good to keep this in mind if you really want to fill it up or have something big that will barely fit.

I needed a couple of lockers for 5 months while moving. Great experience with Jackie, easy to sign up, clean facility with 24 hour access and they are all drive-up units. Most importantly of all, when I was done with the move they closed my accounts promptly and refunded days I hadn't used without me having to follow up!
