Vite à commander le taxi, et il ne fallait pas attendre très longtemps pour l'arrivé du taxi. Le chauffeur était gentil lui aussi.

My reviews, over the past 15 years in Canada, are completely unbiased. And I want to make sure my opinion about employees doesn't affect the reputation of a company. But... I would say that some of the drivers haven't been straight forward or honest. One, on September 19th, chose to use a long route (for more fees and their cut, I guess) from the Laurentian University campus to Paris and 69 South. Another one chose to take me 10 mns away from my hotel for a branch of a store that was barely feet (or meters) away. A walking distance. I know that because I spent two nights and drove a rental car. It was right at the Downtown Terminal Hub. And I did give him a generous tip for accommodating my need. Only to find out he wasn't straight forward with me.
I would really like go give my applauses to Sukh, driver or car 72. He was outstanding from the time he picked us up at the airport. The meter kept running, but he made sure he provided us with exceptional service. Kudos to him!
I would still give a five-star as I have to admit that Aaron Taxi provides, in my humble opinion, the best taxi service in Sudbury.

I booked a taxi to get home last night (Aug 2 2025 - cab 111). The ride wasn't more than 20 min, but within that time, the driver was rude, he went well above the speed limit the entire way, and ran through a red light at a busy downtown intersection.
We all deserve safe transportation. Not once did I feel safe riding in that vehicle last night. I won't be a returning customer.

A company is only as good as the people they employ. Considering your response to my review (and several others on here), I won't be expecting much of a resolution to the issue, via phone or online. I hope Aaron Taxi has better management in the future.

The gentleman driving was very professional and courteous. My friends were a puddle in the back seat and whatever they attempted to say was not intelligible. Still, our driver got us home safely.
Highly recommend if you need to get from A to B... or C.

Just got a ride home by the kind gentleman in cab number 99. I have nit taken a cab in a very long time and did not know what to expect. The driver was incredibly kind and made me feel a lot better about some stress ive been under lately for my stolen car last week by just listening, understanding and offering some supportive advice and comments. Forgot to grab his name, but wanted to give a good review for him! (Psst... give him a raise!)
