Jason and his team assisted with a tricky pick up and delivery of two oversized crates with white glove service to an important client. I was traveling at the time with very little reception and everything went off without a hitch. Their communication and service was excellent.

Chris at A&B has remarkable customer service skills.

I had an issue with a very important package that was being delivered from hours away from me, and he was very response and made sure it was delivered safely.

Their truck driver unit number 5049 on 8 may 2025 around 12:45 parked in front of dock for half an hour without any reason and make me wait for 30 minutes while he was on video call with some one after half he just leave without off loading anything.

Terrible customer service. For a 100+lb package, won't even bring it to my door step. Asked the driver nicely and he said he's not paid enough to do that...

EDIT: Thank you for the quick reply. I had the same package delivered another company two weeks. The driver was able to bring it to the door without problem. I guess they were paid more by Costco...

Also, I was not asked for authorization. I would've given it had he asked.

While I was away, the concierge declined to hold my package as my name wasn't registered with the building. A courteous and patient customer service representative called, assuring me the driver would return upon my arrival home. Despite missing the initial call while cooking, I promptly returned it, and the gentleman patiently waited for me. This experience has truly been the best service I've ever encountered, and the gentleman made my day!
