Worst taxi company ever !!
I call the night before to book a early pick up for my wife to get to work. I was assured that a taxi would be there on time. Called again in the morning one hour before arranged pick up time to confirm. I was assured the taxi would be there on time.. at scheduled time. No taxi!!! My wife called and was told the taxi was on the way.. the taxi was already 10 minutes late... She had to cancel and make other arrangements to get to work... What's the point of running a taxi service if you can't meet the deadlines promised....all around unsatisfactory experience... I will never recommend Abby taxi to anyone. At least Uber is there to fill the void!!

For almost two months I have been taking this cab company. They give lovely service and are very kind people. I have never waited for this company for more than 30 minutes. I’m at always at school on time.

Called for a cab, they said 30 minutes. I waited about 20 and then called back to ask for an ETA. They said 4 minutes. I went upstairs to use the bathroom, and received 2 miss calls from ABBY taxi within that time frame. I called them back as I made my way to the door, and made eye contact with the taxi driver and he drove away. As per the dispatch, they were waiting 5 minutes. Not only did they not ring the bell, honk, or do anything else to make their presence known, the dispatch gave me false expectations on time. I am so disappointed in this company. I switched to Abby after able left and had great experiences, until now. When I asked why the cab driver didn't honk or ring the bell. The dispatcher said "they don't do that", but I was afforded this basic curtesy through other companies with no issue. In any case I will not be using Abby taxi or their shitty services again. -10/10.

While the taxi driver was very kind and professional, I am very disappointed with the person I spoke to yesterday over the phone when booking a ride to work this morning. I provided her my home address and asked how much the fare
would be approximately and it was supposed to be about $34. However, I paid $67 for a 13km trip to work. I was NOT told about an additional service fee of $30 to pick me up. Shocking and disappointing! If this service fee was communicated to me, I would have NOT taken this taxi.

Called this morning to arrange transportation from Action Truck on Progress Drive to my home about 12 Km away. The lady I spoke with (presumably the dispatcher) was very nice. I requested a “van” because I’m a big guy. Less than 10 minutes later, Robin arrived with a Dodge Caravan and provide seamless, direct, transportation to my home. Robin was polite, and professional. His vehicle was clean and tidy. This is a good operation. I would use them again. ($46.00) fare.

Worst taxi ever dispatch women was rude and they were late everytime there complete garbage. The literally just didn't show up then told me if I didnt like it call someone who cares so ignorant
