I had my new truck delivered from Edmonton to Cochrane Ontario (over 2,000 kms) during the first major snow storm of the year in Alberta. The company estimated three weeks from booking date and the truck arrived in less than 2 weeks! The driver who delivered, (I believe his name was Barry) was very nice, immediately greeted me with a smile and hand shake. I would highly recommend this company!

I've had some horrible experiences with car transporters before. so many of these companies adverse big but aren't at all capable of delivering on time or without damages. Able Auto is actually a very experienced and big company with professional service. Thank God I found them. My car came across Canada, exactly on time, no damage and no surprise charges, the rates are actually good for what you get. I was very happy with the service and was treated with respect. I would definitely recommend them to anyone shipping a car! Thanks again.

I just want to share my review on Alberta Able Transport. I wanted to ship out my car from Edmonton to Toronto and heard that this company would do a great job at shipping it BUT NO, they DIDN'T. I gave my car in advance early March and Adam the "Manager" said it will be there on the 21st of March. I was told that the car would get there by that date and the company needed a week. I got here, no car, couldn't get anything ready before school! Then, called, no one would answer, reception would hang up, got no email replies. Adam then said that the car would be here the following Saturday and when I called, no one answered and I had to call again on the following Monday, no one bothered to call me and follow-up call with me. They "ADAM" kept lying and said "oh the weather is bad, oh its still stuck in Winnipeg and the truck broke down" all LIES. It took THREE weeks for this car to come. And want to know the worst part? Before this car was shipped, I cleaned it so much and when I got it, there was dirt, empty gas tank, french fries and food in the back and front seats and on the ground, how DISGUSTING. Had to clean it all. Also, their paperwork handling is the worst. I almost felt like it was a scam but I got my car yesterday, THANK GOD. I would not recommend this company, look somewhere else. You want to communicate with the right people, people that can talk nicely, half of the time their receptionist did not even know the information and will quickly put you on hold. There should def be proper emails, sending the right paperwork so clients can know that their car is safe. I would have not wrote this review if I was only told the truth NOT LIES. DO YOUR RESEARCH!!!!!!!

But the place I picked up my car here in Toronto (farmhouse), they were all very nice. 10/10 for them. Great customer service.
