My two brothers and I just returned from a kayak trip on Copeland islands. We were water taxied there and picked up four days later by Kelly and Kelsey from Access Marine Transportation. We highly recommend Access. They were courteous, professional, and completely reliable. Communication was excellent, they showed up exactly when scheduled. They made extra effort to accommodate our needs for a kayak rack. On our first night out after drop off there was a major wind storm of 70-90km winds. We were well prepared and kept warm and dry. And were impressed the next morning when Kelly texted to see how we were. That’s going beyond the call of duty. If you need to get on the water- this is who you want to go with.

We were so happy with their service and support, we had a lovely ride to Sarah's Point and got to learn a lot about the area. I would highly recommend if you need water shuttle for hiking the Sunshine Coast Trail.

Had such a great experience with Access Point! They were the most affordable option for myself and a friend with our dogs to get to Sarah Point. Super flexible, communicated well, and no restrictions with the tide like other charters which was much more convenient. Kelli gave us helpful tips about the Sunshine coast trail and even went above and beyond when I realized I forgot my key in the car- he delivered it to Powell River in his spare time which was a lifesaver! So appreciated. Highly recommend!!

Kelli is a fantastic captain! Our whole experience with Savary Island Ferries was great, from booking, our flexible arrival time (dependent on other ferries), a lovely boat ride with an easy offload onto the shore, and knowledge of the area. He even checked in with us once during our hike to make sure we were all ok (a hiker somewhere else on the trail had put out a distress signal). Would highly recommend as the best way to start your adventures!

A few words about the new water taxi service to Savary Island:

Quite simply, our choice to use Kelli and the crew at Savary Island Ferry has taken the stress out of our trips to Savary. Their philosophy, “no worries, we can make that happen” and their refreshingly friendly and professional customer interactions show they clearly value your business.

Staff are accommodating and hard-working: they aren’t bugged when people need to bring gear other than bins. This company has looked at their customers’ needs and designed their business around them, offering extras like parcel and grocery delivery, garbage removal services, land taxis, and onsite parking.

Boats and land vehicles are new, well-equipped, and safety procedures are carefully followed. Most staff have paramedic backgrounds, and keeping up with the latest certification and training is a priority with Savary Island Ferry.

As a new business, they have quickly made upgrades, expanding their parking area, building a new dock, responding to the needs of their growing clientele.

Booking and billing are conveniently done online. All bills are itemized, prices don’t suddenly change on you. Parking and taxi services can be paid on one bill; no need to book with separate companies. Texts and calls are answered promptly and are consistently friendly. Your patronage is appreciated.

I didn't get to use their service but I did engage with Kelli after I left a message for immediate service. Kelli was great, they had to apologize for not getting back sooner due to their high volume. If I ever need services they provide I will not hesitate to get in touch with them and give them as much notice as possible instead of just only 20 mins.
