Ограбили склад дважды!!! Менеджеры бесполезные. Компания просто ноль. Не смотря на их оффер на сайте, что они обеспечивают сохранность вещей. Вещи украли более, чем на 7000$ Ни страховая, ни компания ничего не делают, хотя страховка включена. Просто игнорирование!!!
Судя по многочисленным отзывам здесь обучение ограблениях - понятно кто это делает. Ни записей у них нет, ничего не знают. Случайно нет записей😄
Просто бросьте свои вещи на улице. Это будет более надёжно, чем здесь.

I was blown away by the incredible service, pricing, and cleanliness of this storage company. The gentleman who helped me get started was very kind and helpful, and I was very pleased with the location of my storage unit, the very flexible times of opening and closing, and the clean and spacious storage unit I got. Would highly recommend.

A couple of days ago, I had 5,000$ worth of items stolen from my unit. I went to the office to investigate, as Access storage claims on their website that they provide 24/7 security and charge additional fees for insurance. However, the managers did nothing and suggested that I contact the police. I filed a complaint and they promised to investigate. However, when I returned to my unit this morning, I discovered another batch of missing items. The employees didn't even bother to find the people who did it, and they didn't even bother to provide the security that they claim to offer on their website. As of now, I've lost $7,000 worth of items from my unit, and no one is willing to address the issue.
