Got a unit in bridge north. Had it for 7 month. When I went to empty the unit. Some items had mold. 500$ deductible. Items arnt valueble money wise but to me they ment somthing to me. Horrible situation. Won't go be referring storage access. The pot holes at the gate entrance are huge

My family have been using this facility on and off over the years. Dealing with their staff and their office manager Linda is always easy and a pleasant experience. In this past year I needed to secure an additional lockup and the paperwork was ready for me in no time.

Good customer service and reasonable rates, what more can you ask for! I highly recommend - they have indoor as well as outdoor (non-heated) facilities at multiple locations in Peterborough.

Since this is the first time I have ever used 'self-storage' units like this it is hard for me to give a meaningful valuation of the service. The unit I am using is large enough for my needs, well secured and clean. If I have one issue with it - it would have to be that the numbering system at the storage site leaves a lot to be desired. I did find it difficult to locate my unit. A possible suggestion would be to refine this aspect of the system to make locating units faster.
