Reading other reviews has me mind blown. Each individual will have their own experience based on their own demeanor and attitude towards the staff and access storage properties.
I have had great experiences with staff in any and all of my conversations with them.
I would recommend access storage if you are looking for a clean and secure location to store your belongings.

This is the dirtiest most worst place I've ever stored my stuff. They simply will go in your locker illegally and check for things and then kick you out and sell all your goodies when they realize you can't get it out right away. They're savages. I don't know how they live with themselves or look in the mirror. They also have mice, rats and raccoons running all over the place I even saw a homeless man sleeping in the bathroom one night I would not suggest this place to anyone anytime anywhere. I wouldn't wish this place on my worst enemy cuz they are now my worst enemies. The homeless man was actually half decent but he did not like them either
