When I first contacted ACS Express for a rate sheet, I was pleasantly surprised to receive a telephone call back from one of the owners himself!!

Months later, I called to get a quote and possibly book a shipment.

I spoke with Mariah. She assisted me with a level of customer service that exceeded our expectations !! Then 20 minutes or so later, when our doorbell rang for the pick up … to our surprise … it was Mariah – NOW THAT IS CUSTOMER SERVICE !! She is absolutely lovely to converse with on the telephone as well as in person !! Her customer service is outstanding and she is a true inspiration!! If you haven't already - check her out in Snow Warrior - you will gain a new appreciation for bike couriers – THANK YOU MARIAH !! And thank you Peter and Laura for hiring such an exceptional individual.

Your drivers need to learn how to drive. Driver almost hit me going down the manning cause he was veering into my lane today. Then he literally just went half way into the other lane for alittle but before going back. I drove up beside him and he looked like was on his cell phone.
