Although my firm has been exporting to Canada for close to 2 decades, we've always drop shipped and met the installation on the other side. This Customs Broker managed to help us with our first self drive delivery - and without border delays and huge fees either.

We'll be using them more - and they were very helpful walking us through the various options and had all of the physical and digital paperwork ready to go for us.

Thanks to you, we had a smooth installation. There was a brief hiccup when the Rodger's Network (Canada's cell phone company) went down, and there was someone answering the phone at 8:30p.m. on a Friday night on the West Coast who faxed in all of the relevant paperwork. Great job team!
