Everything was relatively well until they decided to replace the door and without my consent moved all my well stored stuff around and threw it all In a pile afterwards causing damage and left everything dirty and covered in construction dust....Brutal!!
And then they respond to my review with lies and instead of apologizing they say that we did not clear 1 foot in front of the door ! Liars!! We sure did but they installed a different size and style of door without comunicating that and they needed to clear the sides to break the walls and create a bigger space for the new doors which were the roll up kind. They could have told us and we would have cleared the side walls as well...
You caused a lot of damage and you are lucky that I have not sued you yet. But with your attitude continuing to blame me for your mistake maybe I will. You can sweep your own locker now, I canceled my rental there, funny that you never mentioned the cleaning of all our stuff...
Your customer service is the lowest ! 😔

From day one, I’ve felt welcome and heard with my needs in finding a storage unit. the front desk always there with questions, or even the task of setting up auto payment to alleviate stress and have one less task off my plate. And my final day, Linda was able to help me pay for the select days I needed for the month of June as I move my belonging out.
