Tiny airport, but it is not an international airport either. Have cut out more flights making it less desirable to use. Staff were all extremely friendly. Coffee and tea available and vending machines. Clean and quick to get through as there is only one gate

Not fancy but a great experience. It's only got one entrance and one gate. The whole check in and security process maybe took 10 minutes. The security and staff was cheerful and personable. I wish all airport experiences could be this good.

Small but clean. Efficient and friendly ground crew. Try the specialty coffee roasted exclusively for Lethbridge airport by Cuppers, it's very cheap and good!

For a small airport it's pretty decent. And the security is not a total zoo like major airports. There's tea and coffee available in the secure waiting area. Bring change.

Great little airport. Washrooms are so modern and clean. Dropped my son off and waited for 30 minutes or so before his flight time on Sunday morning. I wish we had more flights to more places but I guess being as close to Calgary as we are limits that...

Absolutely pathetic customer service! Called westjet because we couldn't check in online they weren't taking anyone's calls due to high volume of calls , then tried to get a hold of someone at the lethbridge airport and was on hold for 45 minutes then finally hung up. So because we couldn't check in online we didn't get a boarding pass and was only a few minutes late getting to the airport and they wouldn't check us in so we missed our flight! Westjet do better , lethbridge airport when is says contact us on your website maybe give a number we can actually reach someone! Unbelievable!!!!!!

Bright, clean, efficient and friendly airport! Very impressed with the many electrical outlets to charge your devices and the departure lounge is probably the nicest I’ve seen in a while!
