We had a brief fuel and customs stop here. Fuel service was quick with a minor hiccup in billing but it was easily figured out. Didn’t use the terminal but the small FBO has Keurig coffee and water. A small lounge with a number of movies and tv series available on dvd.

My mother booked a flight with porter airlines from the soo to Toronto, she speaks minimal English and tried browsing around looking for someone to help her (she was alone) She went to a worker there showed them her papers and ID. Then she said that she can’t get on the plane because she was 1-2 minutes late and the desk has closed for check in at 6:00am but it had only opened for 1 hour no where on their website or email confirmation made that clear. She explained how 4 people who worked at the airport came up to her and made it a big deal and gave her an attitude. This type of customer service is unacceptable, as well as the desk being closed that early. She was going to fly in 3 hours. Lost $400 and wasted her time.

This place is amazing. I’ve never had a single issue here. It’s ran efficiently, the people are friendly and polite, and it’s always a relaxed environment. I realize it’s a small airport, but they excel at what they do here.

No water fountains once you past security so you’re not drinking water until you get on the plane. They’ve got vending machines though, so they can gauge a few extra bucks out of you.

Straight forward airport, important to book a taxi ahead of time, no Uber here but you can use Uride. Only car rental booth I found open after hours was Budget

A great airport overall. Small, friendly staff and super fast check in and out. I park myself in the cafe and grab a coffee every time. Then I set up my laptop and get to work. Have never had anything but good experiences here!

Its a small airport in the city. The first place that I visited in Sault. This is not like a crowded & busy airports. You find limited staff and not many amenities. You can find rental agencies like enterprise rent-a-car & budget here but you need to reserve a car in advance ( I got this answer from staff when I was looking for rental). Other local taxi services are available based on the availability. No public transport to city from this place.
