I flew to YQG from Toronto once and it was a smooth experience. The airport wasn’t busy, and everyone was helpful. Easy to get through and no stress at all.

Can't express enough how great our experience was when checking our bags for our trip. Our security agent Angela was extremely friendly and patient while helping us find an item in our checked bag that was not allowed to be in there. Thank you for your awesome attitude, you were a joy to be around and that is NOT what most people are used to with airport staff.

It might be the smallest airport in Canada. But it has almost you need except no open coffee store! It was one but has been down during the pandemic. So, making sure you have eaten something before entering the security line! Staff is very nice!

Useless airport that can’t keep anything going! Bring back Vancouver to Windsor flights. You guys allowed Detroit to take Canadian revenue. I knew so many Americans travelling to Windsor for that direct flight that now go through Detroit. Canadians are now travelling to the USA to take this route. Get it together it’s been years and you only move backwards.

Security Guard
Chassion guy (SECURITY GUARD) don’t have any ethics how to talk, been there just now, have to drop the car for enterprise, as i picked the car in morning and when i picked the car, i asked the associate of enterprise he clearly said to me that airport is open till 9pm.
I was clearly been there at 8:51pm all door closed and luckily one guy is entering in airport as he works there, and then security guard stops me, i said i need to drop the keys, he said they are closed, i said enterprise associate told me airport is open till 9pm, security guard start talking screaming on me, judging me and he said something that is racism, I don’t have words after that.
Is this real?
I am really disappointed and feel unsafe and alone at that time.
I am expressing my feelings, that it might stop happen to any other people.
I am expecting airport should take strict actions against him.
