Petit aéroport mais qui dispose de tout les services en quantité limitée. Ne vous attendez pas à avoir le choix entre 4 restaurants. Il y a un Tim Horton, un dépanneur un duty free et quelques compagnies de location d'autos. Mais il n'y a pas non plus de traffic ni de stress pour passer la sécurité.

This is actually a small cozy airport. I will prefer this than Pearson if there was direct access from Union station (impossible for now). underdeveloped but more than enough. ; there is Tim Hortons, coffee shop, convenience stores, fast wifi, Accessible washroom. Bus 20 will take you to/from west harbour go / downtown Hamilton. Or take bus 1 from Downtown Hamilton to Hamilton Go.

Waiting times at check in for Play were poor with staff not knowing what they were doing with others trying to train them. If the flight boards you cannot buy any alcohol or tobacco so bare this in mind. Security was painless with no issues and passport control coming in was fine. Generally the airport was fine and small and I would consider using it again.

For people who don't like big airport, this is the perfect choice, especially if you can find a good desl. Parking is more affordable. There is way less walking involved, though you will walk outside For boarding or deboarding your plane. Don't worry there is a Tim Hortons before ànd after security.

It's a small airport with not many airlines operating, It surely has a great potential if utilized well enough. I got these entirely by public transit, and arrived at West Harbour Go Station, and got a bus directly to the airport from the front of west harbor Go Station.

There is an airline operating to Iceland and connecting to various parts of Europe from Iceland.
Transat also operates, the airport is not crowded at all.

If at all you reach the airport really early, there is a warplane museum nearby this airport.

Makes you wonder why can't some flights from Toronto Pearson shifted to this airport and operate direct buses to this airport. Surely would decongest Pearson Airport.

There is Tim Horton outlet to grab a coffee at the departure entrance. You can get a bus from right near the arrival part of the airport to get to Hamilton.

Nice little airport. Read until the end to see the city exciting NEW AIRPORT FEATURES BY AIR CANADA. 🇨🇦
Fast check in and small enough where it’s not overwhelming to those who do not like big crowds. Very friendly and helpful.
Efficient in what they do.
The choices of food is not that much. There’s a Tim’s in there who love the good old Tim’s. us Canadians “EH”
Few more other food choices and gift shop. It’s not open all night.
There’s a small lounge area as well. Not sure all what comes in there.
Also have this new feature starting April 2024. More info in the photos. Only with Air Canada. If flying out of Toronto you can now Check in Hamilton and take the air bus to Toronto to go straight on the tar mat to the airplane. No more checking in after the check at Hamilton. Bags will be taken care of and you sit and relax to your trip to the Toronto airport if you like to leave from here in Hamilton. The photo will explain in more details
