was here for years previous owner. Dean was awesome. New owners don’t care about providing a great service just making money.

8ft sled deck and 20 ft enclosed trailer was well within my 35 foot stall that I rented from dean the previous owner. These items were both there before grant had an acquired affordable storage. I did not receive or sign no lease agreement saying 1 item but what I did receive was a bill. A bill for months of back pay! I believe the problem could of been solved but there was no communication or discussion just a bill which Isn’t the proper way of doing business. it was time to move on to a better, cheaper storage facility like the one down the road at sylvan which provides a better service and is cheaper. Do better grant.

Rented storage for years with previous owner Dean couldn’t say anything but nice things at that time. New ownership is completely pathetic, services and attitudes of entitlement are not worth the headache. Plenty of storage facilities with amenities for less headache and costs..do better .

When grant and Bailey bought affordable, I had switched to month to month as I was looking to sell my trailer, I paid month to month for about 6 months or more, which at some point while being away for work i received a email stating I had to agree to there policy changes, increase in rent for no new services or anything. I informed them I would not be signing this and moving out, which at that point Bailey disabled my fob and informed me if I didn’t sign the new contract I wouldn’t have access to my property (which I was paid up for) after then email after email and phone call they finally answered and gave me one day to remove my property, took two months to return my damage deposit while renting my previous stall out . First time I’ve written a review and I hope whoever thinks of renting from here drives to sylvan instead. Cheaper, plus has sani dump on premises and the employees there actually do there jobs.

New owners are something. I've been here for over 5 years with the previous owner; storing both my boat and RV in tandem. The old owner gave me an over sized spot so I could do so and it worked well. I filled the length requirements with both units and paid an extra reasonable fee. The new owners immediately notified me to move my boat elsewhere and proceeded to inform me that I will need 2 spots...one for the boat and one for the rv; which would double the cost of storage. They also increased pricing by 20%. There are definitely better storage places and better people to deal with. This used to be the best place, but these new owners are ridiculous.

Parking here for 3+ years, they had a recent change in ownership. Low review is driven by 2 things. 1) they “notified” me of a ~20% increase by sending my annual invoice on the Eve before it was due. 2) they are simply now overpriced. From my quick research, You will pay about the same everywhere else but get more for your money (sanidump on site, on site management, better overall security). The value simply isn’t there for basically just a gravel lot to park your Rv in.

Best prices I've found in Central Alberta. Unless, of course, you want to store your RV in the middle of a grass field and have it infested with mice.

I've had my trailers there for almost 5 years without a problem. All fenced in well with cameras. 24 hour access with an electric gate.
