Club class, as always, was a great way to start vacation en route to Cayo Coco TS804 Nov.20.
Flight back would have been better if people who are clearly coughing up their lungs and sneezing on everyone around them would wear masks. Have a little respect for those around you and the overwhelmed hospitals in Ontario when we return. Not the fault of Transat, just sone disgusting passengers.
Looking forward to flying with Transat again in the future!

For an airline who publicly markets itself as a world class airline, it is not.

By far the most disorganized and classless airline I’ve ever experienced. From customer experience being abysmal (incredibly rude staff in Montreal) to unreliable aircraft resulting in massive, massive delays. The plane was changed 3x in the month leading up to departure; each time to seats were arbitrarily assigned and the paid seats were refunded. Each time the seats for my family were split up. CS advised it was the best they could do - they had to move our seats due to other customers needs. Upon boarding, I asked the customers around us if their seats were also changed randomly - yes was the answer. Don’t pay for options plus, it’s a cash grab. The options were not fulfilled.

Silver lining in this absolute horrid experience, the crew -fantastic people very kind. They could tell the entire plane was pissed and fed up with Air Transat.

Flight was delayed 7x; the pilot was running out of BS excuses in broken English about how the cargo “was too full of luggage” so they had to put the luggage “in another place” pilot advised this delay would be no longer than 15 mins. Actual delay 2 hours and still sitting on the tarmac waiting to go. 6 air Transat email delays and counting - might have been a better experience to just deplane everyone due to their incredible incompetence.
Plane lifts off 4 hours late; we arrive, luggage gets misplaced or left somewhere for 2 HOURS the entire plane waiting and Air Transat and the airport people just pointed fingers at each other.
Shuttle experience - who knows haven’t seen it yet - been waiting 40 minutes so far.

Unbelievably terrible failure in organization, professionalism and value Air Transat.

Canadian options are limited for trips down south but Air Transat sets the bar as low as it can go. Try anyone else - this airline is terrible.

Totally disgusted that my son and his wife have booked a much-needed vacation for 11 days to Cuba on the 24th of January and we have a possible strike looming and the only information I can get is the canned response that the upper executive have given to the customer service agents to say that they are doing what they can and there will be further times for the flight attendance to vote on accepting their possible package. But nothing to say what is going to happen to those of us who support and pay their salaries! My son cannot get time off at another time and he desperately needs this vacation! Changing it to another time is not going to help and will totally ruin the much needed respite of getting away. And if this is not settled but it's still allowing flights to go out, what happens if they go on strike while they are in Cuba for the 11 days? How do they get home? And what happens to their hard-earned money, it just sits in limbo and they get nothing for it. You extremely high earning executives. Need to share some of the huge profit that you're getting from us hard working middle or lower class income people who pay your salaries and stop ruining and stressing us out prior to taking our hard-earned vacations so you can make huge salaries! I would never fly with you and I'm positive my son and his wife will not either! You don't deserve our business or anyone else's

I would just like to thank Air Transat for emailing me to say they will be getting me to Montreal at 20:30 not 14:30 on Saturday 9 June. Customer service rep quote"you should have read our terms" ! Nice and I cannot cancel And get a refund. Do you think the pre grand prix meal out we have organised will mind if we are 3 hours late? Won't be using them again.
UPDATE
Monique ( plus some others) at transat have now contacted me to arrange to fly out day before at no cost which we took. They also offered full refund as another choice.
Guess we caught one of their advisors on a bad day before!!

Should get 0 for their customer service!
They lost my luggage in January 2023 and found it almost two weeks later! Still waiting for my refund since I had to buy some stuff! No response from them
