I was stuck in a spot without a vehicle, I needed to be at an appointment. Made a call to apple taxi. I explained my vehicle broke down and I had to get to an appointment quick . They got me in right away and I made my appointment (thank goodness). If I need a cab I’m call Virginia!

ray is such a wonderful man, Sal went out of his way to help me twice now such a great man. And Virginia, she also went up and beyond for me and my nephew.. such a great company, wouldnt use another

Absolutely appalled by the behaviour of the woman driving this cab this morning at the Tim Hortons on Main Street. The drive thru was very busy and I moved forward and stopped to give her enough room to move forward as drive thru’s typically work in zipper form (one side then the other). She seemed unsure if she could move forward so I smiled and waved her through. She yelled through her window with absurd remarks. I cannot believe the behaviour of someone in a company vehicle representing a company in such an awful way.

I am not a hateful or arrogant person, I did not deserve to be talked to that way. I am not sure if it means much but I will never recommend this company to anyone, and let all of my friends and family know if that’s how she handles her business.

What an awful character - my worst enemy wouldn’t ever talk to me that way. Gross behaviour.

I have a video of one of the drivers in a gold taxi racing another person down deerfoot trail at 3 in the afternoon doing 160 km an hour, I highly suggest not using this company. Im not sure if it matters but it was a woman driving.
