I was put in touch with Kennedy (Montreal) in a resume program.

I have to say she is one of the best employment coaches. She is respectfully helpful beyond what one could imagine. I became fully employed before the program finished.

Her coaching is beyond any expectation for a mature worker. She is completely professional with the many others offering "assistance." You get what you put into their programs.

I can not thank them enough for helping me reach my goals. Finding inspiration and landing this new job. It's been 4 months, and I'm still employed full time with benefits in a great local company which is a 9 min drive from my home.

The team at Prospect are willing to go the extra mile to help each person that walks through their door, regardless of their background, find a job. Their attention to detail and support is proof that as a team they care. As somebody re-entering the workforce I found it refreshing and comforting to find an organisation such as Prospect.

Thanks again to the whole team there for all their hard work and I would recommend them as a go to place for people looking to enter the workforce for the first time or those who are re-entering the workforce.

Definitely a service that's required in this day and age.

Unfortunately this place is not useful at all. The person sitting at the reception, his name is Troy, does not want to cooperate at all and wants you to leave without providing any services. As for the lady I worked with, whose name is Juliet, all she did was give me some job sites without any guidance or follow-up, and the center manager, whose name is Wendy, knows about all of this without making any change that would benefit the customer.

Being from Nova Scotia I found it hard arriving in a new province... When I found myself unemployed accidentally I was referred to this office. Where I met the most incredibly wonderful staff. Iva Hobbs and Nekeisha Bolton gave up their lunch hour after hearing my story to look after me. Not only did they help me make a resume but while I was there started reaching out to potential employers giving me a new found Hope for gainful employment. Don't go anywhere else, these ladies are my angels on earth. Love and respect to both!!!
