Great and attentive service! My minor child was travelling alone and had just over 1 day notice that he had to arrange his own travel from Toronto airport to Trenton. Shay and team answered emails immediately (even though it was evening and on their own time) to set up his travel. The driver was courteous, safe and put my child at ease. Would highly recommend this service to anyone.

We have used Ontario Coachway over many years as a reliable and safe means to get from Kingston to Pearson Airport and home. Our most recent trip in November was no exception! Shay is wonderful in setting things up and communication was excellent.
Our driver Rick was outstanding and because he was so diligent, he knew there had been an accident on the 401, so diverted not knowing if it was cleaned up. Thankfully, he did detour as we would have missed our early morning flight! We were very fortunate to have Rick for our return trip to Kingston a week later. A wonderful, safe driver!

We used Ontario Coachway for a ride to our nearest large airport, about 3 hrs. away, and then to pick us up on our return from vacation as well. The driver was very friendly and prompt. She allowed time for chit chat but also seemed to know when we just needed some quiet time.

The office staff were great in responding to messages and answering questions. I had many as this was the first time I'd used a service like this. Thanks Shay!

My husband, who usually gets stuck driving in the heavy traffic to the airport, was able to relax instead of being stressed from the drive. We will definitely use Ontario Coachway again and can highly recommend them.

I had a flight out of Toronto International at a time that made every other option unworkable. While a non-shared ride is pricey, there was no waiting and my ride was tailored to my departure. The weather had been iffy but my driver was so calm and well-prepared that we arrived in good time even through rush hour Toronto traffic. The booking service was efficient and helpful. My driver, Jason, was so professional, friendly and very helpful from beginning to end.
It was a good start to a very long day of travel and much appreciated.

Communication is slow, sparce information, only private rides, not the shuttle service! And trying to get a ride booked is nearly impossible as the phone is rarely answered.
Save the headache, drive, take the train or hitch hike all faster easier amd cheaper to get to the airport!
Quote from Napanee to Pearson was 750 plus taxes and they state that does not include the gratuity for the driver.
So about a grand, more than my airfare to Vancouver.
Find another way!
