Mauvaise expérience aujourd'hui avec co op taxi. Le chauffeur a refusé de me prendre car il dit que mon manteau est mouillé alors que j'avais urgemment besoin d'un taxi car ma fille de 1 an est très malade et je devais me rendre à l'hôpital . Mais pour lui l'état de santé de ma fille lui importe peu. C'est son taxi le plus important faudrait pas que mon bb et moi ont mouille son beau taxi. Chez co op taxi la salubrité de leur véhicule est mieux que la vie la santé d'un enfant 😭😭😭😭

If Zero was an option. I would give it. If they don't have my phone in the morning, I will be calling the cops. There was no reason for the driver to be rude. I would have paid any price if the driver was able to communicate properly. They acted as if I had ordered an Uber. Nothing upon booking confirmed the fixed rate. The driver couldn't even let me know what the fixed rate was. He said there was a fixed rate but couldn't tell me what destination he had for me. How is this possible without a pickup and destination address?

As a loyal customer to this taxi company I have always been impressed with their services since 2015 until recently this year, As my experiences have changed with cab drivers who seem to be extremely rude and very sassy for no reason whatsoever, I’ve noticed that ordering cabs at nighttime is the worst experiences because you’ll get a disrespectful driver who doesn’t see as a human being and treats you like you don’t exist at all or make up some excuse to try to start a fight with you for no reason. Like, how so unprofessional and bad service much. So, please coop taxi cooperation, Can you retrain your drivers and teach them how to respect costumers like me as I don’t deserve to be treated like “ Trash”, thank you very much! Also please take into consideration that some of your cab drivers can racist and discriminating towards costumers who don’t have any problems with your drivers at all, these issues need to be reviewed and resolved immediately before you lose business as a taxi company and then all your customers with take yellow cab drivers or Ubers, so you guys should take the necessary precautions to avoid any problems with your customers at all times. I understand that their customers who can be ignorant and rude to your drivers but, that does give your drivers to mistreat other customers who did nothing to them. Thanks for your understanding and hope you make changes eventually, BYE!

Incompetence must be a prerequisite to drive for this taxi company. This morning a Co-op taxi was literally parked directly in front of a stop sign. I got annoyed and started raising my arms and gesturing that he has to get out of the way because you can’t park within 5 metres of a stop sign (he was maybe 1.5 metres away at best) and you are literally obstructing traffic. This was a residential road going onto a main road and he was parked so close to the stop sign that there was really no way to safely go around him. This guy has the sheer audacity to GIVE ME THE FINGER! Instead of just going straight or turning at the stop sign, he pulled a very dangerous u-turn without even looking to make sure it was safe to proceed. Disgraceful!

Just last week I witnessed another driver on 91st weaving in and out of traffic during rush hour with ZERO signal in sight, cutting off multiple other drivers.

Anyways, I would NEVER take a ride with one of these morons if my life literally depended on it. Based on these reviews, I’m not the only one who had witnessed this sort of thing.

Charge $20 to go maybe 10 km and then got money back in change because obviously I didn’t go that far was a joke treated me like I was not even there. I’ve taken co-op, taxi many of times and have had positive outcomes however, tonight just reversed all of them. Super bummed at my treatment.

This wonderful company came and helped a woman in need .. my battery was dead due to our cold -27 temps!! He had my vehicle running in minutes ☺️ Nevi is the man!!! This company is wonderful I thank so very much… not to mention the cost was very affordable.. other people who need kind respectful help call CO-OP Taxi they are so great !!!! Thank You☺️😃
