Shout out to Alberta Powersports. Pretty rare these days do you get a shop that puts in the time and effort to make sure your bike is in tip top running shape. Brought my 2007 ZX10r in for a new tire and asked them to just kind of go over the bike and replace anything it needs. They didn’t get greedy or anything. Oil change, filter change and a set of brake pads. They called before they did everything and let me know. They even helped me load my bike on my enormous truck 🤣
The staff is always super friendly and great to deal with as well. It’s nice to see shops like this still exist.

Been trying to find tires for my 2012 Pitster Pro and these folks show no interest in helping(while being the only Pitster Pro retailer in AB). If it's not in their parts catalogue, then I'm S.O.L apparently

Josh is a great manager, we waited months until the right bike came into the shops possession. Soon as I saw the bike, he provided me with the paper work and financing and we had it completed the same week. Josh also made sure to check all the necessary mechanical features of the bike and he also went above and beyond and did some internal inspections for me as well. Thanks Buddy!

Have to say was very disappointed when I went to pick my bike up after a service. Let me start by saying there was nothing wrong with the service on my bike. It is in how it was returned to me. I brought a clean bike in to the shop and that is how I would expect to have it returned. There was an overspray of mud all over the bike. Couldn't even sit on the seat as it was filthy. Mentioned it to the receptionist who was not friendly at all and we literally had to ask her to come outside to look for herself. She did ask one of the gentlemen in the shop to wash it. No acknowledgment or apology and walked away. Fellow from the shop acknowledged that it was overspray from when he was washing other bikes. He did not wash it, but simply sprayed it and basically wiped the seat off. Not a good impression for me.

I bought a new Pitster XJR125 last year. It was April or May I believe. It was a new OLD STOCK 2021 so they discounted it somewhat. $1900 out the door. The salesman was very helpful and informative and I decided to buy it for my Great Nephews and Nieces ( I am 68 years old ) in any case everything was going smoothly until it was time to put down my credit card and pay for it. I did what I was told and then completed the transaction. At this point I asked if I could test ride it and this woman at the till said this: " It is highly illegal " Anyways, I started it up and went for a short ride... 3 minutes perhaps. And then ! The RCMP showed up, two vehicles and were eyeballing me. But luckily I was already finished my ride and was preparing to load it in my truck. So... long story short, I think she called the Police on me herself. Not a good way to do business, I write this in all sincerity, TJB
