The upstairs suites were very nice(the ones with the peaked roof and window.) Big room with full kitchenette, dining table, couch ans coffee table, stove top style burners full size fridge a bathroom air conditioner, and electric fireplace on lower floor then you head up stairs and find your beds with another closet TV, washroom, and air conditioner. Only time in ten years of hotel hopping I've ever ended up happy to get a second floor room! Near lots of stores in walkable distance.

No cash on premises. Could not break for change. Accounting has no cash. They front desk lady had to pull out her purse just to be nice. I suggest never doing that due to people taking advantage of your kindness. The manager should always ensure enough cash so people do not need to do that. Food was alright. Service in the restaurant was awesome.

It is an old hotel in need of some TLC
The room we had was quite dusty , there was no glasses to get a drink and the coffee pot didn’t work.
The lady at the front desk was helpful
The location is good
There was a street person that was sleeping by the dumpster

Water pressure in the showers are extremely impressive, so much pressure you actually have to turn down the water flow. Super friendly desk staff, excellent location, close to fuel stations and restaurants. Will be recommended to friends and family

I have family near here and was visiting them in town on my way back to the city. I haven’t been here since the start of the pandemic and was excited that there was a new restaurant in town!

My family although insisted we ate at the INN and I was confused why they disregarded “A food fair” so quickly but I understood after I heard about the undergoing of the all stay suits (which used to be called the quality inn when I was there last)

The hotel itself seems nice and endearing for a small town, but the way it’s ran is terrible, I’ve heard horror stories from more then my family but past employees after further investigation and they all sing the same tune. Each one has described the GM Glen, as a heartless, narcissistic who prays on the weak and belittles everyone who goes against him but puts on a face to other people he respects or finds value in.

The worst part is I’ve also heard Glen gets verbally and physically abusive making my stomach turn from the thought of eating there at the restaurant attached called “a food fair”

We've been staying at this hotel for the past 37 years and it has gone through many changes through the years and has had it's ups and downs . We stayed again last night. It was quiet and we had a good sleep. We always take the room with the king sized bed in the loft and the jacuzzi tub and fireplace. It was very comfortable once we figured out the heating unit. The free breakfast was great! There were 4 options and I chose the 2 eggs, sausage, hashbrowns, rye bread and coffee. Very friendly and welcoming service.

Room was very nice actually better than we expected it to be. We had the jacuzzi room with loft. The front desk staff were super nice and the complimentary breakfast was great as well. We normally like to stay at Ramada when we travel and glad we came here instead.
