My husband needed the nox sensor replaced and some shocks on his International. He had nothing but the best to say about Geoff Hall and the guys there. They were able to get his truck done right away so he had very little down time. Highly recommend the Cambridge location. Knowledgable and trustworthy group!!!

I WISH I COULD GIVE THEM ZERO STAR, TOTALLY RIP OFF AND THEY ARE NOT EVEN RESPONSIBLE FOR THEIR MISTAKE. I WOULD NEVER EVER GO HERE AGAIN. YOU KEPT MY TRUCK FOR 3 WEEKS CHARGED US 1900$ AND INVOICED REPAIRS FOR 18000$. WE GOT IT FIX FROM SOMEWHERE ELSE FOR 2600$ IN FEW HOURS. DISGUSTING!!!!!!

What a total rip off.
Interior rear view mirror to provide and install. $ 305.00
Plus tax.
Labor 1-1.5 hour's
This is not even 15 minutes job.
And mirror is no more than $ 30.00

Altruck Cambridge is by far the most reliable and caring service center for trucks. Armour Alloys Inc. have different models of Class 8 heavy Trucks in our small fleet, including trucks under warranty, nevertheless we service all of our trucks with this dealership because of the response time and service quality.
Service at the KW dealership which is the brand we purchased last is a wait of several days. Small fleets cannot have trucks out of service for days on end and we turned to Altruck for help and despite our units not being their brand, the service we receive is outstanding and immediate. They understand the cost of down time and their service is geared to getting customers back on the road. Shout out to their Service Manager Jaspal Kumar for running an excellent service Dept.

This Altruck location in Cambridge On is easy to get to, It is a small location but very organized and the shop floor is fairly clean Jazpul and Brian and the rest of the Tech guys and the staff is very knowledgeable and rather straightforward they are open 24hrs and there are hotels within walking distance if you need to camp out for a day or few until the rig is ready and restaurants and fast food joints and cinemas close by they're right off the 401/hwy24.

* BEWARE OF SERVICE DEPARTMENT
One of our trucks was taken in for a prepurchase inspection and at the time of the vehicle drop off we were told the charge would be $499 for inspection.

Upon picking up the vehicle, we were told that 3 studs had broken off and were replaced to a total of 9 hours and an estimate of $1400 plus. ( not once was authorization requested for additional work.

Be sure to get an itemized estimate before signing anything. Refer to the Repairs and Storage Liens act.
Consumer protection act.

When I asked for the person that I dealt with, she was on vacation conveniently.

All I am saying is, do NOT accept this behaviour from this business. Pay the money into court if you are getting hosed by all truck without permission.

Disabled vehicle or not, not once was the owner / person requesting the prepurchase inspection informed of such services before preforming them.
