There’s a middle-aged man with a white beard at this Amazon Flex warehouse who deliberately slows down check-in to make drivers look late, even when they arrive on time.

He’s not rude, but his passive, dismissive attitude and annoying expressions make the whole experience unnecessarily frustrating.

I even heard him say, “I’m not letting this Tucson leave empty-handed” after a petty argument — then bring out extra packages just to make a point. Completely unprofessional.

Posting this anonymously to avoid being targeted.

your drivers are idiots cant understand simple instructions on not blocking a screen door . ive put notes on glas called left notes on amazon delivery instructions.. cant figure out to not block me in my dam house

Hamileah is doing a great job with taking an initiative in the morning with the loading out and she's very easy to approach when needing help and when you have questions, very impressed.
