Signage could be better lit for a more visceral experience. More often then not this landmark is not well ventilated.

My husband ordered a Google Pixel 8 Pro on December 26. He was told by amazon while ordering that he had to sign for it when it came. He stayed home all day on the 29th because that was when it was supposed to be delivered. I went out for a work event at 9am and came home around 2:30pm. There was nothing delivered yet. We were home for the rest of the day and nobody rang the doorbell or knocked and our Alexa had notninformed us there was a delivery. Then around 10:00pm we see Alexa has a notification so we asked what it was and it said we had a delivery (which was weird in itself because my husband was supposed to sign for it). I went outside to look for it and nothing was there. My husband went onto our amazon account to see the picture and it was in the dalight and again, this is 10:00pm, it's dark out. So Matt requested for a refund/new item and it said to wait 72 hours so they could look into it. So he waited and called after 72 hours because 72 hours was new years day and a holiday. When he called this morning all the rep kept saying was that he needs to wait 72 hours so they could investigate to find out what happened. He asked the amazon guy if he wasn't understanding that he already waited over 72 hours. He had explained everything that I said above and that he was never given the package personally for it to be signed and the circumstances make it suspicious that their driver stole it. Even if he didn't steal it, he didn't do it properly by not getting ahold of my husband and having him sign it. Now we need to wait 72 more hours to see if amazon will give us our money back which means it's past the boxing day deals and my husband will have to pay full price for the phone somewhere else because it looks like Amazon doesn't even have anymore of the phones. With all that being said. I will never and I suggest nobody ever order something expensive on amazon as they are not dealing with this properly at all and it almost makes it feel like a scam!

Terrible experience with late or no delivery at all . Because of this facility I don't see why I would keep paying Amazon Prime.
Terrible delivery drivers. Drivers are showed on tracking have left out for delivery in the morning and I will get my package at 9:30PM or not arriving at all when I live 20minutes from this place.
Kept me at home whole day for two days because they needed a code in order to leave my package on the porch.
Imagine buying things to be used on a specific date and never get your package delivered. Such a dysfunctional distribution center.

Terrible warehouse practices. Should not take 30 days to process a return. Returns should be scanned into the system upon arrival. I have been waiting for 26 days for them to process my returned item all the while being charged by Amazon for monthly payments when you never got the item in the first place. I will be cancelling my Amazon account as no one needs such aggravation on returning an item that was never delivered in the first place. Bad business

I received a package from them yesterday, the brown envelop has no symbol of Amazon Prime, I've been with Amazon for many years and it doen't look like Amazon's delivery bag at all. The strangest thing is after the first attempt of delivery at 5:50pm the day before yesterday, the package lost its tracking, meaning it didn't get scanned back to its warehouse until 1:15pm the very next day tracking finally shows "Package arrived at a carrier facility." 4:29pm "Package being processed at carrier facility." So what happened between 5:50pm to 1:15pm? No tracking, no clue, very suspicious. I have never encountered such a thing for the past 5 years with Amazon. I have to be very cautious because the package contains a few bottles of my supplements. Eventhough I got refund from Amazon, but I wasted my time and energy ordering and tracking and waiting(since they don't give me an estimate time of delivering) and calling the call center. I will throw out those suplements because I don't feel safe to consume them. The brand of my supplements is from "CanPrev", if you have ever purchased from them you will know that their product is very easy to tamper. This experience makes me want to reconsider to change a brand of my supplements which has a better tamper-proof.

Twice in last week I have wasted a day waiting for my "guaranteed delivery". The first arrived the next day. It is now 855pm and I was told that Per my instructions they are rescheduling my delivery. I gave no such instructions. I am not impressed. I hope management looks here.

It's an Amazon warehouse and I work there too so it's a pretty good place the only issue being that you can't reach there walking pretty easily it's a good 15 min walk and that's tiring
