I arrived in Comox in January 2025, and Kevin and his drivers provided me with transportation several times during my stay. The drivers are professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. Kevin responded to any query in a timely fashion. I will use Ambassador Transportation again when I'm in the area, and I highly recommend their services!

Kevin was extremely personable and made me feel like #1 priority in my experience with ambassador. His business supported the team I coached with incredible tournament deliveries as well as any of the student athletes that needed to be picked up for practice. My daugther, my granddaughter and myself flew into Comox Valley on Friday, Jan. 19 at 3:15am. We were standing outside in a snowstorm waiting for a taxi...for quite some time. Kevin saw us and reached out to see what we needed. He was there to pick up the WestJet crew that had just flown in. He was SO kind to us. He called the Taxi company to be sure that additional taxis were on the way and assured us they would be there soon. As it turned out, none came. We were beyond tired after multiple flight delays and cancellations and had already spent 19 hours in airports, etc., that day. When Kevin was about to leave, he came to us and said "Hop in ladies"! The WestJet crew gave him the go-ahead to join the ride - we were all headed to the same hotel. OH MY GOODNESS..it seriously felt like a miracle! The worst part is that I only had a credit card (no cash) and couldn't even offer him a tip :'( He just asked that we pay it forward and we will 100% do that! I STRONGLY recommend this company. Clearly they will go above and beyond!! Thank you SO much Kevin! I don't think you can possibly know how grateful we were & still are!!!

Everything with Ambassador started off strong. The communication leading up to the day, the pricing, the staff - all of it was great. Our wedding guests were all picked up on time from their hotels and arrived to the venue in time for the ceremony. However, it took a major turn at the end of the night when the drivers didn't come back to the venue for their scheduled second trip and left the bride (myself), groom, and our wedding party stranded at the venue in the middle of the night. It's still unclear to both us and the owner/office team how this was so badly missed. They have apologized profusely, refunded our guests the costs of their cabs to get home, but it doesn't change the upsetting end to our perfect day.

This was hands down the greatest experience I've had with a transportation service in general.
They were flexible yet efficient and even returned my missing fairy tiara the next morning. Shoutout to our driver Phil who was THE BOMB.
I've never written a review in my life l, but felt the service was so good I had to.

We booked a shuttle to get our wedding guests from our venue to the hotels many were staying at in town and it was worth every penny. The guests really appreciated it, and Ambassador was awesome to work with. They had lots of different shuttle size options and could work with whatever routes/timing you had in mind.

Had a vehicle malfunction and Ambassador was on it to pick our employees up and drive them home. They even waited when i was buying the parts to fix it - brought snacks to lift our spirits. 10/10 service. Friendly, responsive, and professional.
