I know nothing about this company. but this morning at 11 am here in yyc I was driving on the highway on the middle lane at 108 on a 100 limit and one of their trucks passed me on my right (the slow lane) at at least 115. Not only that, but once we approached a construction zone (Iron Strong Bridge) where you're supposed to slow down to 80 and then 50, their truck continued at full speed until the 3 lanes became 1. I believe they were racing with another similar truck. Absolutely ridiculous.

Driver in truck 618 playing a type of video on his phone while it was dark on the west coast in Arizona, no excuse for this behavior. I understand a Qualcomm terminal display being on, even his GPS unit, but the phone is inexcusable, and it was not a video call, I saw that from my rig as I passed him on the left. I am glad I no longer work safety, I would have fired this driver.

Subject: Unsafe Driving Incident Involving Trailer TR225 – Sobeys Debert, NS

Today at Sobeys in Debert, NS, the driver of the blue truck with trailer number TR225 entered the road without checking for oncoming traffic. He failed to yield at the stop sign and proceeded as if no other vehicles were present. After nearly causing a collision, he casually raised his hand as if nothing had happened.

I will also be submitting video footage of this incident to Sobeys, as there is a stop sign at that location for a reason—to ensure safety.

Today, February 18, 2025, I encountered a reckless truck driver near the 401 Trenton OnRoute. The truck, belonging to Transflow Logistics (Truck #901), was hauling a trailer from Ameri-Can and was coming from Montreal. The driver was speeding and appeared to be using their phone.

I was driving another truck when this driver suddenly veered into my lane, forcing me off the road. The off road side was covered in black ice, making the situation extremely dangerous. If an accident had occurred, who would be held responsible for this? The driver, Transflow Logistics, or Ameri-Can?

This kind of reckless driving needs to be addressed before it leads to a serious accident.
