This company employs potentially illegal collections tactics & procedures including contacting customers & vendors with incorrect, misleading, defamatory & predatory information, tactics & behaviors. They admitted by email to us to contacting customers & vendors about a disputed freight bill which had never been received by us. We asked for them to correct this action which they refused. They will shake you down like the mafia! They then tell you to expect to hear from their legal counsel which we invited because of their potentially illegal tactics and they had Frank their CFO call saying they would escalate their predation & shake down vendors to get paid. Avoid at ALL costs. Not decent business people or human beings.
